Since 2007, the Bloomsburg University Foundation's subsidiary, Advanced Student Housing, has been offering students, staff, faculty, visiting professors, and town residents working in the area access to residential, off-campus housing opportunities.

Our residential housing inventory is pet-friendly, well-maintained and ultra-affordable. Advanced Student Housing options are within a few steps of campus, fully furnished with beautiful décor and modern features, including keyless entry. Student housing has a no-pets policy.

Our tenants love living in Foundation managed housing because they know our 24/7 maintenance team handles all repairs and service requests promptly, including calls for accidental lockouts. Most of our locations also have on-site parking and enhanced security service.

The Bloomsburg University Foundation offers grants to transfer students and financially insecure students who qualify to help alleviate the overall costs of higher education.
